Data presented at ASCO show Exelixis’ PI3K/mTor inhibitor XL765 to be safe in a Phase I trials carried out in patients with metastatic or unresectable solid tumors. Initial data on efficacy shows 5/19 patients have experienced stable disease for at least 3 months.
