ACT Biotech, a new oncology pharmaceutical company has acquired kinase inhibitor programs from Bayer, namely an anti-angiogenic receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor entering Phase II clinical studies for colorectal cancer, a multi-mode kinase inhibitor in late preclinical stage testing and several preclinical stage programs in oncology.
