The UK NICE have announced that review of Avastin and Erbitux for the following indications have been terminated due to lack of data provision by their manufacturers:
- bevacizumab in combination with paclitaxel for the first-line treatment of metastatic breast cancer
- bevacizumab in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy for the first-line treatment of patients with inoperable advanced, [...]

Takeda submit Japanese NDA for panitumumab in progressed and/or relapse colorectal cancer

Takeda have submitted a New Drug Application to the Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare in Japan for panitumumab in the treatment of patients with progressed and/or relapse colorectal cancer. Takeda has Japanese rights for the drug that was developed by Amgen.
