Immunogen have presented Phase I data on its IGF-1R MAb AVE1642 as ASCO. The drug was found to be well tolerated when administered on its own and with docetaxel. Preliminary indicators of efficacy were also noted.

Exelixis’ MET/VEGFR2/RET inhibtor XL184 has been shown to be safe and to demonstrate efficacy in patients with advanced malignancies, especially Thyroid cancer.
