Coadministration of AZD0530 and Gefitinib increases growth inhibition in vitro

In vitro studies with Src inhibitor AZD0530 and EGFR kinase inhibitor Geftinib show that treatment with both drugs resulted in greater inhibition of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma cell growth and invasion compared with either agent alone.
