Lilly to Acquire SGX Pharmaceuticals

Eli Lilly  and SGX Pharmaceuticals have signed a definitive merger agreement providing for Lilly to acquire SGX in an all-cash transaction. Lilly will acquire outstanding shares of SGX common stock at $3.00 per share, for a total purchase price of approximately $64.0 million.
