Adding geftinib to FOLFIRI does not improve efficacy in Metastatic colorectal cancer

Phase II data in metastatic colorectal cancer patients has shown that the addition of gefitinib to  FOLFIRI (5-fluorouracil, folinic acid, irinotecan) does not improve outcomes.

Roche in deal with MitoSciences to evaluate mitochondrial toxicity of kinase inhibitor library

MitoSciences have announced an agreement with Roche to generate mitochondrial toxicity profiles for over 100 known kinase inhibitors.
